Profile:
Being a native of NYC and a resident of Ulster County for 25 years, I have observed the dramatic change and growth of the Hudson Valley real estate market. With 23 years experience as a licensed Realtor, I have acquired knowledge in ALL types of real property transactions and marketing. My former background of 15 years consisting of executive management support staff for a Manhattan-based international construction management/consulting firm, assistant accounting management for a NYC-based highway construction corporation and office management for an Ulster County general contractor, specializing in new construction of upscale homes and commercial buildings, enables me to quickly and professionally locate and assess your dream property or obtain the top marketable price for your current real estate. I was an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and ECO-Broker Certified (ECO-BROKER) and held a Resort and Second-Home certification (RSPS), prior to my dropping the Realtor designation during August of 2010.

I can assist you with quality and personal service.

Dream catchers are a fascinating tradition of Native Americans, its intention to protect the sleeping individual from negative dreams while letting positive dreams through. The good dreams slip through the hole in the center of the dream catcher, and glide down the feathers to the sleeping person below, the bad dreams getting caught up in the web, and perishing with the first light of the new day.
