Being a native of NYC and a resident of Ulster County for 25 years, I have observed the dramatic change and growth of the Hudson Valley real estate market. My former background of 15 years consisting of executive management support staff for a Manhattan-based international construction management/consulting firm, assistant accounting management for a NYC-based highway construction corporation and office management for an Ulster County general contractor,specializing in new construction of upscale homes and commercial buildings, enables me to quickly and professionally locate and assess your dream property or obtain the top marketable price for your current real estate. I was an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and ECO-Broker Certified (ECO-BROKER) and held a Resort and Second-Home certification (RSPS), prior to my dropping the Realtor designation during August of 2010.
